Orders being delivered within Australia cost a flat rate of $10 for all the products in your cart. For orders being shipped out of Australia, the shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout.
We use Australia Post and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Returns are available on full priced items, excluding earrings and swimwear. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Any received after the 14 day period, may be denied.
All items must be returned in their original condition including tags and any original packaging. Once we receive your returned items we will inspect them before any refunds are issued. CHINO CLOTHING have the right to deny any returned items, if the returned items are soiled, worn or damaged in anyway or have any forms of scents on the fabric, makeup or fake tan and will be returned to the sender. You will be notified by email if the return has been denied.
The cost of the return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. We recommend to send returning items through tracked mail. Any returned items that are not received my CHINO CLOTHING will not be given a refund.
International returns are not covered by Chino Clothing. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out shipping costs to Australia before sending it back. CHINO CLOTHING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURN FEES.
It may take 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Once the return has been processed we will contact you via the email listed on your account. Chino Clothing will issue you a credit note when your return is processed and you will be able to place another order with us online. We are unable to reimburse return postage costs.
